1. PROHIBITION OF CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION CONTENT
1.1. Nutson is committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all users, particularly
children. We recognize the critical importance of safeguarding children from
exploitation, abuse, and inappropriate content. This Child Protection Policy outlines our
zero-tolerance stance against child sexual exploitation, describes the measures we
have implemented to monitor and enforce compliance, and highlights our commitment to
cooperating with authorities to protect children and prevent harm.
1.2. By using our platform, all users agree to adhere to this policy and understand that
violations will result in immediate action, including account suspension, reporting to law
enforcement, and permanent bans.
1.3. Nutson strictly prohibits any form of content involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, or
endangerment of children. This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Images, videos, or text depicting child exploitation or abuse.
(b) Content that promotes, glorifies, or normalizes child sexual abuse or exploitation.
(c) Attempts to groom, solicit, or exploit minors in any way.
(d) Links, advertisements, or external references to content that violates this policy.
(e) Inappropriate interactions between adults and minors within the platform.
1.4. We enforce a zero-tolerance approach to violations of this policy. Any user found
violating these terms will face immediate account termination, permanent bans, and
may be reported to law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations
for investigation.
1.5. We also reserve the right to actively monitor content for violations through automated
systems and human review, ensuring compliance with this policy. Our enforcement
measures include preventive algorithms to flag suspicious activity and partnerships with
child protection agencies to report illegal content.
